    Once you are happy to go ahead, a 50% deposit secures your project.

    You complete a short brief so I can understand your business, style and goals.

    Design Begins

    I begin the design process and create your initial concepts, usually within 1 to 2 weeks.

    Refine Together

    Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included to refine everything until it feels right.

    Final Approval

    Once the final design is approved, the remaining 50% payment is completed.

    Ready to Launch

Frequently asked questions

A few things clients often ask before we begin

What if I do not like the design?

Every project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. This means you have three opportunities to give feedback and guide the design in a direction that feels right for you. Before I begin, I ask you to complete a short questionnaire so I understand your style, your audience and what you want to avoid. Most clients are happy with the direction after the first or second round. If after 3 rounds something still does not feel right, we will have an honest conversation about what is not working and find a way forward together.

How do I get a quote?

Every project is different, so I work with bespoke pricing based on your specific needs. Simply get in touch with a few details about your project and I’ll come back to you with a tailored proposal.

How long does a project take?

Logo projects typically take 1 to 2 weeks. Website projects take 3 to 6 weeks depending on the size and how quickly content is provided. I’ll always give you a clear timeline before we begin.

Do you work with businesses outside Aberdeen?

Absolutely. I work with clients across the UK and worldwide. The entire process is remote-friendly and I keep you updated at every stage.
